Maserati Multi70 set sail with 11 knots, mainsail and gennaker. At first it was not a good start, but when they left the canal and crossed the start line, the wind begun to raise and the speed went beyond 20 knots.
At the moment Maserati Multi70 is travelling with a good average speed, because the wind blows between 16 and 20 knots and the trimaran keeps sailing with the full mainsail and the gennaker.
“We have had thrilling crossing with some fishing boat off the canal of Hong Kong” says Soldini, “now, after over 80 miles from the start, the traffic is getting normal”.
