Giovanni Soldini and Maserati Multi 70‘s crew arrived in Cherbourg, in the north of France: the Team is concentrated on studying the weather forecasts for the next days, ready for a possible ideal window to attempt the Channel Record, from Cowes (UK) to Dinard (FRA).
«We arrived in Cherbuorg after a freezing night, we sailed upwind along the Channel, with a northeastern wind, and we arrived this morning at dawn. The delivery from La Spezia went well, we’re happy to be here and focused on the weather, we hope an ideal window will open in the next few days».
Aboard the trimaran, Giovanni Soldini sailed with Vittorio Bissaro, Carlos Hernandez Robayna, Oliver Herrera Perez, Matteo Soldini and Martina Soldini.
