Maserati Multi 70 has passed through the Canary Islands last night and is approaching Madeira, a little bit more than 200 miles to the North. According to forecasts, around the Portuguese islands, there will be another zone with light winds to negotiate before entering into NE winds zone to climb upwind until the English Channel. Not really a favorable situation as the skipper Giovanni Soldini explained yesterday.
At the 8.45 UTC rankings, after almost 30 days, Maserati Multi 70 has still 1.614 miles to go and is 1.314 miles ahead of the record roadmap.
