Maserati Multi 70‘s Team is in Malta, ready for the start of the 43rd edition of the Rolex Middle Sea Race, the historic offshore race organized by the Royal Malta Yacht Club (RMYC) which this year counts on the participation of a fleet of over 140 yachts from 24 countries.
Giovanni Soldini, landed with the crew from the delivery from La Spezia, said: “In this delivery we tested the new electrical system and we are delighted because the first results are above our expectations. The Solbian solar panels are so efficient that we can charge the batteries even when the sun is not in an ideal position.”
The crew will continue testing and training at sea while waiting for the start of the race, on Saturday 22 October.
