Day five of sailing, at 12 UTC: the three MOD 70s are still leading the fleet after an intense night of gybing. PowerPlay, Argo and Maserati Multi 70, who have been in the lead of the 30 competing yachts since the start, are heading south looking for the stable Trade winds.
During the night the distances between the three trimarans have noticeably shortened: PowerPlay still has 1131 miles to sail before the finish line, in second place is Argo, with 1183 miles ahead, followed by Maserati Multi 70, 1219 miles from Grenada.
